  17.     FileMan is a simple to use utility that allows Shotgun sysops 
  18.     running their BBS on the Windows '95 platform to do the following:

  20.     * Create/Delete private fileboxes for their user's
  21.     * Add/Delete files in those fileboxes
  22.     * Maintain the Shotgun FileBox.CFG file
  23.
